Months:
(note that every month has a different initial, and the end of the name always matches for all months in a season! the seasons are north hemisphere centric, but ah well, different places speak different languages anyway)

Weeks:
with a 30 day month of 10 day weeks, you can trivially write the three weeks for each month
the days of the week are: Mondy (moon day), Tudy (tue's day = mars day), Wendy (wodin's day = mercury day), Thurdy (thor's day = jupiter day), Fridy (freja's day = venus day), Sardy (saturn day), Sundy (sun day), Galdy (galaxy day), Urdy (earth day), Festy (festival day)
if half of people are on even weeks, and half of people are on odd weeks, then their weekends are out of sync so if everyone takes every weekend off, things are still open - if you can choose which, then you can ensure your family or social groups share weekends!
40% weekend is also way better than the current 29% weekend (and it's not exactly like the extra day leads to extra productivity!)
for the 361st to 365th (or 366th on leap years) days, falling at the end of wintry, there's an extra week called moon week (referencing the ancient egyptian story of why the year is a little over 360 days, where the goddess nut had children on those extra days)
